Default rejetting

This may have been answered before, but here goes anyway. I had a Stage I done on my 04 Heritage afew years ago. (Screaming Eagle II slip-ons, new high flow airbreather, rejet Carb with Thunderslide kit). I'm going to replace the slip-ons with V&H Long Shot SH Pipes. What will I have to do Carb/engine wise besides adjusting the carb. Should I consider changing the stock Carb? I'm not looking for a lot of extra power, but any little increase can't hurt.

If you looking for alittle more punch then go with a Mikuni HSR 42. You can't go wrong. The stock CV carbs are good, but the Mikuni will give you more throttle respones and the seat of the pants will be alot better. You can pick one up through Eastern performance cycle for around $269.99. That what I paid.
