Default cam change

can any of you guys tell me which would give me the best stock performance on the twin cam 88b, I have 35,000 miles on it and was considering going with andrews cams and gear driven. Would this be an improvement over the chain. I know noise is a factor, but the noise wont bother me as long as it will be a power improvement.
Thanks Jim

I think gears are best!
that said there are many choices for for bolt in cams, Head-Quarters 0034, Woods TW6, Crane 310, S&S 510 and Andrews 37s are the most popular. Any of the above should get you kickin some ***!

Im suprised you waited sooo long for cams!

Don't sweat the noise. If your run out is in spec and you set them up right they are quite as chains.

I put in the 26G's - can't hear any whine at all. But, advice, BEFORE buying the cams, check the crank shaft runout. If too much out of spec, you'll need to stick with chains. There's also a kit to upgrade to the 2007 chain setup - which is supposed to be much better than 06 and prior chain drives.
