Cobra Speedsters Long or V&H Big Shots Long for stage 1 evo?
Hi guys;
Since winter is comming and I'm looking for something interesting to do, (and to get away from wifey's all seeing eye !?!) I am seriously thinking of installing a new exhaust system on my '97 Fatboy. Allready have K&Nfilter and Cranecam.
I'm finding it hard to choose between the V&H Big Shot Longs and the COBRA Speedsters long.
They both seem pretty much the same...
Both have the Power chamber-thingy, full heatshield, and the price isn't that much different.
Do any of you have good/bad experience/advice with these?
What about the installation. touhg or easy? I've read that you have to remove the rear Pivot axle nut or something... makes me wonder...
Guess the carb has to be tuned? Jet sizes?
I'm concidering ordering online, have sent Mails to their official web adresses, waiting for response.
Does anyone have an idea how much it costs to ship those exhausts to Good Ol' Belgium?
I know it's a lot to ask in one post but I like to be fully prepared before I put the screwdriverto her.
Since we don't have that much aftermarket exhausts here in Belgium, The MoCo-dealer isn't that much of a help.[/align]I really apreciate the input.
Thx for the info,
Keep the rubber side down and the chrome side up!!
