Default Axtell 107

Anyone have anything to say about this 107" kit. I'm looking hard into this instead of a supercharger and ran across this kit that's supposed to put out 130HP 130TQ. Both kits are for a carb but surely that have them for EFI models. I have a stage one with a powercommander now. I think this would put out enough to make me smile on the 06 Fatboy.

Axtell makes some great cylinders, the 107" kit is worth every penny and they can make some serious power. Not sure who makes the pistons in the kit your talking about, before making a desicion should look into the piston brand they set you up with. I would also find out the specs of the camshaft( the timing)as the lift is real mellow for a large bore kit setup. And also find the real specs of the heads offered.

Another kit to seriously consider is the Millenium 114" kit. And it will cost you no more money than the Axtell kit and offers a few advantages. Like the Axtell kit its all bore, but has a slightly larger bore(4.25" vs. the Axtell 4.125") and it still uses the stock bolt pattern and your stock 4" crank. The nice thing about the Millenium cylinders, is that they are all aluminum 1 piece Nikasil lined. Benefits include increased cooling from less friction and since there is no iron liner, you will be able to run tighter piston-to-cylinder bore tolerances since there will be uniform expansion rates between the metals. Most of the Millenium kits offered come with CP pistons which IMO are tops in quality. With a properly set up 114" you can make close to 150hp and over 130 foot pounds of torque.

Hello everyone, my bike is at the builers right now getting the mellenium 114 big bore kit, I have a 95 cu in right now but wanted a little more power. they tell me that there going to port the heads put in 1.9" intake valve 1.62" exhaust valves, a s&s 585 lift cam gear drive, I already had the vance and hinges exhaust and carburated. Going to pick it up Saturday morning can't wait. If anyone else out there has this build, what kind of luck have you had with it, fatboy69 I'll let you know next week what it's like. The builder has built 23 of these this year and they all dino'd between 125 to 135 tq and 120 to 130 hp, deffinity goint ot be a thrill ride.

I'd call Chaz, or Terry to confirm that the .510" lift cam is going to be able to show you 130 square, at the rear wheel. Reason I make mention of this is that they have an engine dyno.
We do a lot of business with them. Great guys.
I will also make mention that we have 107" kits, using our proprietary Wiseco pistons/Wood TW-9B cams/our Stage III, or IV Heads, that show 125-130 hp/torque.

You guys probably noticed original post was almost 5 years ago.

Not so much Axtell has changed but FI has come a long way.

So has cams availible. And services like Hillside.

Short of a supercharger, a .510 cam would really be working hard to make 130 square. IMO
