Default SERT and Mod Stock Pipes

I have a 07 Heritage Softtail. Recently had a SERT, SE air filter, andPython3 slip-ons installed at dealer. They were really loud (I know that's what everyone wants), lots of decel popping, some backfiring. They were just too loud for meand annoying on long rides. So I drilled two half inchholes in each baffle plug in the stock mufflers and re-installed them myself. They sound great for my taste. Has anyone done this and what should I doabout the SERT map installed by dealer? The bike doesn't seem to have the same power as with thePython3's. Is there another way to get performance without loud, o/r should I stick with my new modified stock mufflers? Thanks, I'm a new member and look forward to the Forum's input.
