Default a totally unique motor

Sometime back around 04 I was toying with the idea about building a slabside shovel lower end motor with an Evo top end......so I thought about it and lo and behold someone told me that S&S had one!!!!

They had one that was 79 cubic inches and was Exactly what I had in mind.
I've come to find out that they are no longer producing it and I was curious if anyone here had any information on them or if anyone has ever built one!!
Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Give S&S a call and talk to them. You can get a knowledgeable tech guy and ask him anything. I bet they might even make one just for you if you asked. They probably just don't have it in their catalog anymore because the demand isn't there.

I make ductile iron cylinders for people building them, no big deal to do.

Seems to me it may have been a 3 13/16" stroke with a 3 5/8" bore

and Randy....if you make these short cylinders, what do you get for them?
Also.......STD makes evo heads with a 5 bolt shovel head bolt pattern I believe.
