I meant that 2-1 exhaust is easier to find than a softail one. Yes they work the same way.

Why no sound clips or dyno sheets because it sure sounds like a trade off with power or quiet with the excuse "but it runs good". An S&S 107 doing 100/100 or a 120 doing 122hp?
There's a price you pay for quiet it seems.

Sorry but I could never get use to this...When he fires it up I'm looking for my John Deere.

The video file you posted does sound **** because it’s a **** video file of a closed end cap.

Clearly you haven’t heard a supermeg pipe with open end cap in the flesh. Let alone on a high comp and/or big inch engine.

Also dunno why you say they only make 100/100 on a 107 and alike. How many bikes have you built and tuned with this pipe? Me thinks zero and you base most things you sprout off what you find on the internet 😆 Reputable engine builders and tuners know a bit more and see lots of combinations of parts (more than just one build). They usually have a different opinion on the supermeg pipe with open end cap and a **** tin of discs

Sound is subjective but below video might be more helpful

I ride with a guy with a supertrapp. He doesn't like it either but his wife won't let him change it. So clearly you don't know what I've heard. It's got a sound of it's own. You like it. Good thing cuz you run it. I can't stand it. I suggest people listen to any exhaust first if sound is important. Especially one like this. There are other options for quiet. Closing the end of the pipe and forcing it out all these little holes at the end is going to sound different. Like it or not.
I don't care for the look ejther.
If it was the only option for performance it might be different. But its not. It not even the best option. 2in 1 or otherwise. People think you can tune it for sound and performance will be the same no matter what. It won't.
Like you said, open end cap and **** ton of discs. Not exactly quiet. Just different.

That video wasn't the one I intended to post. Must have been next up. I had been listening to a bunch in different configs with someone else here contemplating it.

I managed to find a supertrapp exhaust, but it's for 2012 - 2014. Mine is a 2010.

Do you reckon the only difference is the 02 sensor port size? Like going from 18mm down to 12mm ?

You can buy sensor port adapters, right? So it should fit with the adaptors?
