We’ll, I goofed! As it turns out, my mufflers are Screaming Eagle Slash Downs, 64910-99, sometimes listed as 64903-00. And… they do have a baffle in them. (Hey…it was dark and I didn’t have a flashlight!) Do you still think a lollipop would help some?

Not actually a lollipop but was thinking about a 3” disk with 3 about dime sized holes. Drill a hole in the center of the baffle in the muffler and one in the center of the disk for a threaded rod. Tack weld a nut to the baffle in the muffler for the threaded rod.

 

It is not reading like a muffler problem.
Review measured fuel and air.
Perhaps the throttle body gaskets or something else.

 

If those are the older version SE slip ons, they perform quite well. Like the CycleShacks. Or Rush. Maybe its not the exhaust that's the problem.
