what are my best options?
I have a 2020 Street Glide. At some point i want to change my exhaust. I want to do a full set with header pipes. I want one that's not to loud. I don't want the radio having to compete with the exhaust. Also don't want a 2into1. I'm so new to having a touring bike I'm not sure of what is out there. Any suggestions

I want a quieter set of pipes. I have slip-ons now with no baffles but still have the Cat on them. The bike came this way. Figured i'd just do a complete set but something with just a low rumble.

Yeah, they don't look like any I've seen either. You might look for part numbers on the bottom or inside. If nothing is found there, you might send a picture of them to Cobra to see if they can identify or confirm they are theirs.
FuelMoto is also a good reasource that may be able to identify them and may even have some baffles that would help. Worst case is get another set of new slipons. But stay away from cheap slipons like some of the ones you find on the big online auction site.
I removed the cat from the header on mine and kept the stock mufflers and am happy with the sound. They are quiet cruising but bark when I accelerate. The OEM slip ons can usually be found fairly cheap because people upgrade and then don't want to keep the old ones lying around.
Any chance when they mentioned traction control the sales person meant ABS?

That is the Cobra emblem.
Like I posted in your other thread about this, the Cobra baffles are cheap. Looking at their catalog, it appears they only have 2 different baffles available for all of the touring slip-ons.
An inexpensive solution.
If you are just looking to get something different altogether, there are many quieter options, check out Khromewerks
