Baffle Removal

RE: Baffle Removal
I did mine a couple of weeks ago to install thundermonsters.
To be honest, running without the baffles is not a huge amount louder than with.
The rear baffle slipped out easily. The front one was more challenging. I ended up having to use a locking pliers (vice Grip), a channel lock pliers, and a hammer. That worked pretty easily. The setup is hard to describe, but I could take a picture if you like.
The alternative in some circumstances is to remove the slipon, and beat the baffle out with a hammer and wooden dowel.

RE: Baffle Removal
I took mine out 2 weeks ago. I noticed a difference in torque differential but they sounded pretty good. I just purchased V&H True Duals so this was just experimental. If you have a fuel Pak you can adjust the settings and as far as fuel intake should be fine. Watch out for the po-po though
