Default 97 FLHP cam

I am thinking that if i get a mild touring cam it may be a good start. My thinking is that the factory cam is so bogged down for emmissions that an aftermarket cam would help loads. How would a new cam perform in a bone stock engine? Next I need to do exhaust and air cleaner and roll the dice on a tuner.
Any thoughts? This thing is a dog compared to my 1980 shovel with a Sifton turing cam and open exhaust.

Go with an Andrews EV 27 or 13 (13 is better for pulling)....

Stick with the stock head pipe, get a hi-flo AC unit and a set of Cycleshack slip-ons....

Little jetting or a PC III and you will be running like a pursuit bike...
