Default Hot idle miss

I have a 06' stage one carbed FLHT. 72S needle mix out 2.5 on 190/46 jets. SE a/f with K&N and Rush 1.75 baffles. I have a idle miss that gets worse the hotter the engine gets. Don't notice it cold and does smooth out if I add a little enricher, but it also raises the idle speed too, so I'm not sure if it's the richer mix or the idle speed change. Right above idle it smooths out and seems to run fine at all other RPM's including steady cruise. Besides intake seals, are there any other things to check? I have changed the plugs and messed with the mixture 2 ~ 3.
Thanks
.

If it's only at closed throttle/idle then you add fuel and it gets better , then make sure absolutely that you don't have an intake leak.
If you're sure it doesn't leak , then try a #48 pilot jet.
Another way to richen it up without pulling the enrichener is to remove the air filter and slowly cover the intake of the carb while at idle with a hand, rag, whatever to richen
it up just a pinch (be careful) , if it gets better , then it's still starving for fuel.
My bike was just a hair lean with a #46 even out 3 turns , so I went to a #48 and it was just about right for my bike.
If you can get it stable, even, and sounding good,at 1000 rpm's you've got it right.
Sounds like you're about right above base idle , so the pilot jet won't goof things up.

Thanks, I'll try the a/f trick but now I'm thinking it may be the seals. I didn't disturb the head to manifold seals but I did rotate the carb once on the manifold seal.
