I know there have been many posts on this topic, but I am curious if anyone has actually fixed this problem. So, if your setup had this issue and you were able to fix it, post up and let us know what you did for a cure. I would also like to know if any of you complained to BUB and what their response was or if they offered you a solution.

 

Remove the baffle and spread out the end closest to the head pipe.... There is not enough interference between the muffler housing and baffle.... Need to tighten up the fit...

Happens sometimes....

 

Could be that a heat sheild or the bracket by the starter came loose. On mine I had the rubber hanger by the saddle bag have movement. Quick fix was a body shim to take the sound out.
