Sorry if this is a rehash. I did a lot of reading on the forum before I decided to go with a SERT. Picked up my bike yesterday & it runs fine. My question is with the disc & "connector" that were in the box (I didn't break the seal on the box before hand). The tape hasn't been broken on the package that the disc is in. Thought I understood the download process, now do not. Never ran across a thread regarding canned maps for the SERT. Does this mean a Dyno run was performed that wasn't needed? Thanks, Jeff T.

 

The tuner brobably already had the maps and program in his computer ....there was no use for your dics, but you need to install it in your computer.
