Don't know what you mean by "better". Both will flow more than enough air, so that's not an issue. So get the one you think looks better. The DK filter can be had with an external breather, which for me is a big advantage.

Bikes come from the factory with internal breathers that put engine blow by back into it. It's an EPA thing. It's relatively easy to convert to a breather that puts that unwanted stuff to the outside.
DK makes a bunch of kits and you can find them on their website. It's also something that is a good DIY project. There are posts about it on this site so do a search and you'll find plenty to read about.
