Default TC-96 vibration

Has anyone else noticed a vibration from 2700-3000 rpm on the new TC-96 motor. I have a new 07 Street Glide and that vibration is annoying at that RPM. I never had one on my 88. It does'nt matter what gear I'm in. Decel or accellerating is all the same.

My Dyna has a vibration between 2800 and 3200. Any gear, cruising, accelerating, sitting in the garage in neutral, all the same. I took it in to the dealer and they said: a) they didn't feel any vibration, b) well, yeswe did feel a little but it's normal, c) yes it vibrates and it's because you have aftermarket risers, shocks, seat and windshield, d) if you don't like our answer, take it up with Harley.

I don't have a tach but I can feel a buzz in the floor boards atwhat I think is about2500 RPM. Different engine and mounting though.

Just got mine back from the dealer again. This tech noticed it and told me it must be a harmonic thing, some do it and some don't. They said if it gets worse they will replace all the motor mounts. I still think it is the engine itself. It is really annoying in sixth gear between 75-80 mph. Basically making sixth useless unless I'm really haulin' ***.

Same problem on my 07 WG. I never felt it on my 88 either but my friggin feet go numb in certian rpm ranges. It hits at about 55 mph in 5th or 70 mph in 6th. Irritating but I wouldn't expect more than a shrug from the dealer techs so I'll just keep tinkering with it myself.

Same here. Irritating buzzing you feel especially in the right floor board.

I find that irritating buzz when I down load a canned map but after a good tune it's as smooth as it can be.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; I have had this experience about four times now in different builds I have done....so....I say it's in the tune and it can be worked out.
I've had customers tell me after the tune the vibration they had is gone.
