Default Rinehart Customer service sucks

Hey folks, I'm coming on here to bitch and moan about customer service of the Rinehart Muffler Company.
I purchased replacement slip-ons for my 09 Street-Glide, through a dealer, the dealer stated he would have to call his guy at Rinehart, which he did,
the company Representative stated I will send those pipes out later this afternoon, (Friday) or first thing Monday, the dealer called me back and told me the details,
fast forward 3 weeks later, I called the dealer and said HEY, where's my pipes, he was nice and said I'll call you right back, which he did, and told me this story,
I called Rinehart, talked to my guy he said your pipes won't be shipped till July 20th, I said really, that's seven weeks from when I ordered them, then the dealer guy told me, think that's bad the 3-1/2 pipes won't be shipped till August, I'm thinking either Rinehart is doing a tremendous business or their in trouble financially! my thoughts are on the latter.
Anyone else have delivery issues with Rinehart pipes, can anyone tell me if they are part of a larger corporation? if so are the listed on the NYSE?
I'm trying to see if I need to cancel my order and go with another product. I've liked Rinehart, but like Vance & Hines, which has been sold several times, and had manufacture facilities shut down in the past 18 months, I don't want a product that will not be around in a year or two. All comments are welcomed.

AFAIK, Rinehart Racing is a private company.

If you cancel look at Fuel Moto. Great product and you won't get jacked around.

I've found a Gerald Rinehart CEO, of Rinehart racing in Asheville, NC. Not a large company looking for an email address. Small businesses have growing pains and I'm sure Rinehart Racing is one of them!

To all fairness for Rinehart Racing, my pipes were delivered Saturday 07.08.2018 4 weeks after ordering, and 2 weeks earlier that the projected delivery date.
Thank you.

Wow... I've been bombarding them with questions and they've been very helpful to me....
Asking about baffles and torque questions
