Default Front exhaust pipe bracket mounted to bottom of engine

I am installing rinehart 2-1 pipes on my 2009 low rider. There is a bracket mounted to bottom of engine that holds a 2 piece circle clamp which held the V&H front pipe that I bought the bike used with V&H system already on it. My question is does this bracket get removed when installing the Rinehart 2-1? The bracket is touching the new pipe and I’m not sure if it is already interfering with the way the Rinehart would hang and maybe forcing it to be a little cockeyed. Anybody dealt with this before. The bracket isn’t mentioned in the Instructions at all. They only talk about replacing the rear bracket for the muffler. Thanks in advance for an6 helpful info.
