Exhaust modification
I知 looking to quite by bike down some and add some low end torque, I have a Bassani 2 into 1, I知 thinking of adding a disc to the bar in the back, the bar is attached to the baffle and used to install or remove it. I am wondering if it would A: Quite the bike. B Add low end torque. C: Hamper performance and D: Nothing at all.

It is all a compromise-
One thing will make the low end better and the top not so much.
Without a dyno and some research http://www.nightrider.com/biketech/exhaust.htm
you are just guessing.

i might help and it might not, the best way to tell for sure would be to take it to the dyno, run it the way it is, then install it and run it again and compare the results, and road test it to confirm. as a tuner i do mods like this all the time, sometimes it helps A LOT, and sometimes not, and the i have had it make wierd noises too. whether or not it helps depends a lot on your build also, so that's my 2 cents.
