Removing Frozen Baffles

Removing Frozen Baffles
I have a set of Rush Big Louie's that came with 3" baffles , those were good with the stock head pipe.
I'm now running a FM 2-1-2 pipe and there a bit louder than I want , also Drago says I should run the 2" - 2.25" baffles with that head pipe . I got a set of the 2.25" but can not get the 3" baffles out.
I've got them hot and tried a slide hammer and they didn't even budge , any body have any advise for getting stubborn baffles out ?

I've had both of them on each muffler out since June last season , I used the empty hole as my gauge for any movement with the slide hammer.
Instructions per Rush are to remove the retaining bolts , heat up the slip-ons' , use some gloves , and pull while twisting on the baffle loop , use some penetrating oil if necessary . . . ya sure . . .ha ha ha. I sprayed them down with corrosion-X , then tried some ATF , never got them to move a mm , and it seemed like it took forever for the smell to burn off.
Bought some PB Blaster , gonna pull them off and hit em with a dose of that then try the shovel handle method with a heavy steel bar I have.
