Can anyone tell me if I can add the Vance and Hines Fuel Pak to a all stock bike and only have to change the air filter. The reason I am even considering this is beside of want to get rid of the low speed surge the bike has. Later on I am planning on adding some exhaust but right now just stock pipes with a K and N air filter and a fuel tuner of some type. I have been use to Jap bikes that I didnt have to do anything to get HP out of them so anything helpful pertaining to this will be helpful.
