Champion Spark Plugs

I was told by a dealer that Harley Davidson spark plugs are manufactured by Champion, and that they were junk. Is this true? I guess that should be of no supprise after reading about Harley Davidson oil.

I wouldn't say they are junk. But I prefer NGKs.

The dealer reccomended Autolite so thats what I switched to.

There is nothing wrong with the Champion plug but if you feel better changing them then do it. Harley have been using Champions for 37 years that I know of without problems.

I agree but I think it's been longer than 37 years...but what do I know?
