I think it all depends on the build whether or not anything is left on the table with a closed end cap. My present 120 might pick up a little HP, it's at 122 hp. I don't think it will do much better than the present 135ft/lb's SAE torque. I'm running 26 disc with a closed end cap.

There is also more to a bike than those last few numbers! My S&S 107" gives just over 100/100, but is remarkably smooth and rideable. Would be nice if those numbers were much bigger, but rideability and being civilised (reasonably quiet) are also important to us. A 124LC would probably be nicer, perhaps one day.....

I couldn't agree more, it's how it rides vs the number. I had a tune years ago on a 95" build, made pretty good numbers. Problem was it ran hot and pinged like crazy, the tuner was good at setting things on kill. I ended up taking it to another shop who did a much better all around tune.

This hasn't been my experience but I hear it from people looking at my closed end cap all the time. Trust me. If I was leaving anything on the table because of the closed. It wouldn't be on my bike.

Well, it was in my case. All I can say is what the dyno showed. Rode for a few hours today and have such a substantial improvement that the butt dyno confirmed what the paper showed.

this appears to be a good exhaust system, am thinking on one for my 14 low rider. really like the Fuel Moto E series, looks like a well built exhaust however the end looks too high and would damage my saddlebags, therefore am pretty well decided on the supertrapp as I do not want something excessively loud.
