Default Undecided on headpipe to go with.

I'm getting ready to change the headpipe on my 2013 Street Glide. I've already put RC Components 4.5" pipes on it along with an S&S Stealth air cleaner and a Power Vision tuner. Other than that, the motor is stock. I've been looking at the Cobra Powerport, Fullsac DX, and Fuel Moto. I don't mind it being louder. My main goal is getting rid of that right side heat. Would the extra $100 or so be worth it over the Cobra pipe for one of the others?

I have had several on my bikes,
Flat out the FullSac and stay away from FuelMoto which is what I currently have.

All are good choices. Might consider the s&s headpipe as well - pretty much identical to the cobra.

I have the cobra head pipe. Great sound and great finish. Like it much better that the V&H I had before

Magnaflow, S&S or Cobra, in that order is what I would use to mate to your RC mufflers...

I've had less than satisfactory results with Fusac: fitment and early cracking at welds.
Went the decatted route with muffs and headers on both 2:1:2s and 2:1s OEMs, less than fully satisfired, both tuning and sound, but that's just my experience.

Excellent results with Kuryakyn headers and crusher mellow.
Excellent results with Dragos excellent fit and easy tuning with PV.
Excellent results with D&D, but were too loud for me-resulted in some hearing loss over time (actually probably wind noise from hours at speed).
With Cobra muffs, I'd lean to the cobra head pipes for the complement, but that's just me.

Rob, we offer a few different styles of pipes in both chrome and black finishes to fit most owners preferences. You may like the look of the Pro-Duals (part#7210606/#7210605) with tuned-length runners, which have been one of our most popular systems for Touring bikes!

We've been building our Fuel Moto Jackpot 2/1/2 head pipes since 2009, we have over 100 H-D dealers that carry them. Not only do they offer top level performance, we absolutely guarantee the quality of our exhaust systems and back that up with with a lifetime warranty. Besides our Jackpot exhausts, Fuel Moto also carries most other brands. If you have any questions you are welcome to contact us or check out our website for more info.
