Default Upgrade to an 07 Classic?

Well my 03RK just got out of the shop, had some head work done. I was out riding around and stopped by a HD dealer and they had a beautiful 07 RK Classic. I was admiring all the changes and a the simalarities between the 07 an my 03 when the salesman said "Wana take it for a ride?" How could I resist. Brand spankin new just out of the crate! I hoped on and fired it up. It idled down to nice even purr, then off I went. Man oh man! That 07 felt great under me. While I was out riding I started to see if I could detect any of the issues I've been reading here on the forum. I could not detect any, no fith gear wine, the heat from the pipes was comprable to my 03. The ride was smooth and effortless, and more pull than my TC88, I am really considering trading off my 03 for the 07. I just have a few questions. 1.Will my SE/ AC fit on the 07? 2.Will my passenger backrest fit the 07? 3.Will my chrome lower air deflectors fit on the 07? 4.When I go to do pipes, should I get the download? Go with a PCIII, SERT, Thundermax?I know the 07 is a diffrent beast with the closed loop. I welcome all opinions. By the way the only way this is even appealing tome is because they are trying to make room for the 08's Im looking at $18K out the door.
