TBR - Harley Davidson FL Touring Comp Series Exhaust System
Upgraded to a new charcoal denim Street Glide Special a few weeks ago. Totally amazed with the upgrades on this bike over my 2004 Road King. The suspension and motor are amazing.
Like most of us when we get a new bike I have spent the last 2 weeks reading every thread on Stage 1 and exhausts etc trying to decide on what to get. The setup I keep coming back to is:
VH FP3 tuner (don't plan anything past a stage 1)
FM Billet Air Cleaner
Rinehart Slimline Duals with 4" slip on
However this TBR exhaust sounds really good on video and is tempting. There is just not much to be found in the way of reviews or videos What I do find is mostly related to Sportsters and Dynas or TBR promotional videos.
Does anybody have any experience with this system? Or heard one in person? Sounds great on video but that doesn't always relate to in person.
Also the whole TBR system is pretty spendy:
$800 slip on
$500 header
$500 Air Cleaner
Plus the added cost for the FP3
That's a lot of coin for an unknown.
I've also considered sticking with the FM AC, FP3 and then getting a FM Jackpot 2/1/2 with the TBR slip on. But like I said not many reviews on the TBR Comp-S so figured I'd ask before making my purchase.
Thanks in advance.
