Cv 40 throttle blade not going wot

Noticed when holding carb in hand that the throttle blade is not going wide open.Is there anything i can do.Thanks

Make sure the accelerator pump rod is free and not hanging up on anything. Take the float bowl off then check the throttle plate, if it goes all the way open then it has to be in the accle pump linkage, rod, or diaphram.
