Default O2 Sensor Ports - usage?

I'm getting the Power Duals (along with the SERaceTuner) and was wondering if the O2 sensor ports were used only during dyno (if then) or is there an OEM sensor that gets placed in there that would communicate back to the Race Tuner. Or would having an OEM sensor just confuse the ECM fuel monitoring?
Don't know if I'm asking it correctly.
Thanks

The ECM constantly monitors the O2 sensors

If you are using a flash tuner, you will need the O2 sensors. Piggy back tuners like a PC V, do not use the O2 sensors.
