Those particular sensors sit in a very hot part of the exhaust (they are unheated and rely on exhaust heat to bring them up to temp). The part with the slots you see is really the protective metal shell - the actual sensor part protected inside the shell and the slots let the gasses get to the sensing tip.
It's not uncommon to see them white. Unless you have done a lot of modifications that change airflow and haven't remapped, I wouldn't be concerned.
If the plugs are anywhere from tan to a greyish with some white that's pretty typical for a stock map/setup.
