Was thinking about purchasing this exhaust for my 14 Fat Bob. I notices that the pictures at the Roland Sand site are showing bikes without O2 sensors and with the bungs plugged. Would I be running with or without O2 sensors if I were to install this exhaust?

I have the RSD exhaust on my Softail. You will run the 02 sensors. They are in the back of the pipe toward the engine so you don't really see them anyway. I'm trying to figure out if they have cats but I'm pretty confident they don't.
