Cracked head pipe
Can head pipe be welded or should I replace. It's on a 2003 RK .

That would depend on just where the crack is.

Weld it and it will break again down the road. If you have the scratch, get a decent set of aftermarket head pipes....

Pretty common problem but an easy fix. Fullsac offers a True Dual conversion kit that will eliminate the Y pipe; that's the one that usually cracks. I have a full system off my '02 FLHT that I will let go much cheaper than the Fullsac kit. Head pipes, OEM SE mufflers, Y pipe and heat shields. PM me if interested.
