Decatt/back to stock
2011 Roadking Classic,
I de-catted my head pipes, Reinstalled with new exhaust port gaskets, torqued and re-torqued, installed fl-xieds. I have a 2014 Harley breather with a K &N air filter. Went for a long ride got a lot of decell pop and sometimes a loud pop when accelerating. The bike ran fine before the cat removal no decell pop or loud pop when accelerating. I have adjusted the xieds several times from 50 % to 75% up and down back to 25% per Steve at Nightrider. I have checked for exhaust leaks several times (No detectable leaks). I still get decell pop and sometimes a loud pop when accelerating.
My next step is to go back to a stock header unless someone on this forum can tell be that there is a fix other than a big dollar tuner.
Thank You for your help!

I not only made sure the o2 sensors were correct I even replaced the rear one because I thought it may have been bad, No change ! Also I was told that the FL-XIEDS were the way to go. I have read several post that have the same basic set-up that I have and most suffer from some sort of decell pop. I think I can live with a little decell pop but the loud pop I get on hard acceleration worries me.

Did you remove or alter the baffles?
I just bought an 11 RKC and have been contemplating cat removal. I well respected tuner, on another forum, says to leave them in on stage 1 - 2 builds. I bought a used PCV, they sell for $150-$200, and dynojet has a 103, stock mufflers and hi flo ac map, which is what my bike has. Maybe worth trying for you also. If it doe not work out, its very easy to sell PCV's.
