Default Fullsac OEM Conversion - Any Reviews?

We have a 2014 Street Glide and have been looking at the Fullsac OEM Baffle conversion kit. Has anyone installed these? Of course the rest of the questions, how hard are they to install? How is the sound quality and would you recommend them?

I would like to hear from anyone that has them, has heard them or is familiar with them. Thinking seriously of getting a set to try.

I picked up a pair of CVO 4 inch cans with the FULLSAC 2inch baffles im still running a stock head pipe and they were not much louder than stock on my setup until I removed the packing around the baffle. they got a little louder and a nice rumble to them now.I'm going to leave them alone until I change the head pipe out. If you want louder then you can run a bigger baffle.

I picked up some CVO mufflers and put some 2.25 Fullsac baffles with sleeves in. I have a fuel moto 2:1:2 headpipe and the pipes are just a little loud for me but don't give you ringing ears after a full day of touring. They have a nice rumble.

I just installed 1.75 inch cores in my 2012 110 inch CVO with Cobra Power-Port Duals and noticed very little sound increase from the stock cans. I also installed the screens and removed about half the fiberglass packing.

Install depends on how steady your hand is with a rotary grinder or cutoff tool. Dremel won't do it, you need a tool that will cut the welds (there are YouTube videos).

Then you will need to drill a 1/4in hole an inch and a half or so back from the mouth of the stock can and bolt in the new baffle.

I ended up with this look and hate it, so next time I detail clean my bike I will pull the baffles and cut them back out of sight.

Gutted my 08CVO 4" slipon's replaced the baffles with fullsac 2 3\4 baffles (unwrapped) have Vand H head pipes. Bike sounds killer. Nice rumble at Idle Nice bark upon hitting the throttle, nice tone while cruising. Great product and a breeze to install.

Default ullsac Conversion

I have not seen the entire process, but I agree with Rode Runner, not the look I am trying to get. I found a set of take-offs for 50 bucks and thought I would just experiemnt with them, but by the time I get all done and put some nice looking tips on, I might as well just buy V&H Monsters.

It looked like a nice was to create and/or tune the sound I want, but not sure now. I guess in the end, sometimes it is better just to step up and buy what is already tried and true.
