Default CV Carb Boring?

Does anybody know of a company or indywho bores CV carbs to a larger inlet diameter?I'm already running the SE intake with the reducer ring for my CV40. Iwould like to enlarge my currentCV 40 as much as it will allow.

I've heard of this being done before but can't remember who does it. Appreciate all and any leads.

If I can't get mine bored, I'm looking for either a CV44 or 51. I'm wondering if all the internals are the same between the CV 40, 44 and 51. Can't seem to find anyone who can tell me that either.

Appreciate any help or feedback.

Thanks, V1

You could also try Bob Wood of Wood carbs. He has CV carbs available in various boresizes. Carbs are available outright or exchange basis. Very excellent product and tell Bob what your running (cam size, big bore, etc.)andhe canrecommendproper jet size.
