Default Copper flakes in oil filter

I have a 03 TC88 with 18000 km on it. My last oil change before winter showed high copper on lab analysis, so i cut apart the oil filter. It indeed had copper flakes in there. Dealer looked in cam chest and rocker boxes said clean as a whistle. Anyone know where else they use bronze/copper in the twin cam engines?
