Default remap or not remap that is the question

I cant remember if i asked thies question before or not not but now that im ready to do it ill ask. Im currently running Python 3 slip ons that sound decent but look like crap from the previous owner but want to switch to screamin eagle 2's with out baffles do i need to remap the bike for proper air / exhuast flow or will this set up be about the same as the slip ons im currently running thanks steve
