So I recently decided to purchase 4" slash up jackpots for my new 2014 street glide. I was happy to find out fuel moto had one set of the black slash up left since apparently they stopped making them in flat black. I put them on my bike only to find out the only mount was welded onto the bike incorrectly. So it looks cocked when bolted up. I really like these pipes but they can't offer a direct replacement because they don't make them anymore. What kind of flat black pipes are comparable? I really would rather get these fixed by rewelding them and recoating but they aren't willing to refund the money so I can get it done. Just a bummer cause they are basically telling me if I want to get any kind of help from them on this issue I have to give them back the pipes and get something else.

 

As noted when you contacted us if there are any defects whatsoever we will offer a full refund including return shipping no questions asked. Because the black mufflers are a discontinued product (which was noted at the time of the order) unfortunately that is our only option as we do not have a replacement. It is not our policy to pay you to have them repaired.
