As much of a PIA it might be___ do your best to figure out where the wires go before ya hack outta there.
My guess is it's a resistor thingy for LED turn Sigs.

Ahh load equalizer That's what they are called

Took it apart found the rest of it turns out it is lojack but that little box is the backup battery, not the antenna. The antenna is a wire inside the brain box would around the outside. Anyways here's what it looks like should anyone else find one and not know what it is. Under the double sided tape was a part number to confirm it's lojak but nowhere does it say lojak at all part
