That component looks like you will have to cut it open to get it apart.
FWIW I would disconnect it and see what doesn't work.
If you can't find the other end of the wires then side cutters make jim dandy disconnectors!!!!

looks to me like the load equilizer that i put on my bike for the LED turn signals ,, it was two taped and wired together,,just a thought.

LOL the cops would be at TJ's place awhile going through bikes & parts , as for the lo jack not to many places to hide it on a bike , but with just two wires it's not for the break/ bleakers lights
