Edit update I took ace advice adjusted clutch took out for a ride. It seem almost 100% no slipping that. Could tell the alone question is that clicking sound in gear with clutch pulled in
In first gear with clutch pulled in you should get a little noise when rocked but yours sounds a bit loose. Don't know if that's because of open primary though.

Now that you have it pretty well adjusted, if it keeps giving you problems or gets to not shifting, you might consider new plates. A bad spring plate just gets worse.
$110 buys all new plates plus you will get to see if anything else is going. Basket usually still good. A bad spring plate can shed metal rivets and screw up the basket if not attended to but usually it will be very hard shifting before anything happens.
