Here is the reply I got from the jerk-offs at Catalyst:

"There's nothing wrong with your boards. If you can't figure out how to mount them. They're either incorrect for your application, or you need to seek the help of a qualified mechanic. You've already left negative feedback. So we're really too concerned with working things out. However, we will give you a full refund once you've returned the item. Had you shown even an ounce of patience, we may have been a little more open to negotiation. Hopefully you've learned something here, we sure have..."

They wouldn't respond to me until I had posted negative feedback...honestly...I am getting a little sick of ******* like this...there are more and more of them on EBay...we had one guy in Van Nuys who was such an ******* about a damaged Sportster swingarm that we sent some hoods from his local chapter round to see him.....got sorted out on the spot funnily enough.....don't mess with people if you don't know who they network with!

LOL, their negative feedback is hilarious. Make a complaint, get called a moron. Great.
Noticed they blamed one complaint about footboards on "irrational foreign buyer". Wasnt you was it Spanners? Although it was last year sometime.

Don't you just love it when some counter jockey tells you to "consult a qualified mechanic" and you actually qualified some time before he was even born.

Don't think they have replied to my feedback yet but no doubt my foreignness will be brought into play....I qualified as a Motorcycle Mechanic in 1978!!!! Probably before his parents (who are probably brother and sister) were born.

Next time I am in the states I think I will go and take a dump in their letterbox....
