Johnson Hylift Lifters on an Evo
I am collecting the necessaries for a cam swap on my 97 FXD. EV27 is on the way. I haven't decided on adjustable rods or reusing the stock pushrods yet. As far as lifters go, I will replace what is in there but the choices are pretty varied. The information I have come across on the Johnson Hylift's from AMS are pretty much limited to Twin Cam models, but they carry the Hylift for Evo applications.
Does anyone have any experience with this lifter?

I bought set but didn't use them since mine looked fine but I have known those guys for years and won't hesitate to run them when the time comes.

I've heard the Ultima ones are also made by Johnson. Nothing wrong with Johnson lifters if that's what you were asking in the first post

Yes, no probs, they do them for more than just Twin Cams....Johnson make them for many manufacturers.

Johnson Hy Lift is owned by Topline so if you buy Topline's you're getting Johnson.

I have 20000 miles since i put my johnsons in with flawless results despite a few errors with adjustable pushrods. If my bike did not do track work i would put stock rods back.
