And I've just noticed the Hesketh in the background! My best man (no longer with us unfortunately) was in the original team that designed and developed that bike at Towcester. I test rode that version and the faired one, but they were, how can I say it, an acquired taste. And huge!

 

Coincidentally I went to the Fort Lauderdale Antique Motorcycle show on Saturday as well. There were several Hendrsons there, which I am partial to since my grandfather rode one back in the 1920's.

I chatted up one gent who rides his a lot on Key Largo. I was very impressed how well it ran. The external valve springs and rotators are a trip.
