Yep...Same size but nowhere near as many yanks so its bloody peaceful...lol (having said that, the sheep make up for it)

m ind you I live in Oz now, so West Texas would be about the same size as one of our farms in the Outback...

Matter a fact the 2 look very semilar, lots of desert.

NZ, the UK and Japan have roughly the same landmass as each other and their populations are:

NZ 4.24 Million + (11 million sheep)

UK 70 Million

Japan 135 million

I am so not gonna ask about what ya'll do with the sheep over there!!!!!!!

As for the Outback I believe it cause I have seen what ya'll call road trains over there. Damn they are long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's kinda scary that ya'll include the number of sheep in the national census!!!

When we finish doing what we do with the sheep. .. we export them overseas and you people eat them lol

Grandma had a recipe for that which was fantastic!!!!

That is one of my favorites a Gyro. Guess we got a little zland in us after all.

I have heard good things about Gyro's but I haven't tried one yet.
We raised our own sheep.
FWIW all we did with them was
1 feed them
2 shear them
3 pull their heads out of the fences
4 butcher them

pretty much in that order
