Ok I looked with a magnifying glass.
I could see the tiny ridges left from the casting process when they made the master cylinder.

I still can't find a tiny hole!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's because you have the remote reservoir type of master cylinder and they don't have a second hole.......what you need to do is pull the cylinder body apart (its real easy) and give it a thorough clean up.

The overhaul kit is usually a cartridge with all the seals and stuff on, you just slide it in with a generous coating of brake fluid but clean it up and flush the line to the reservoir.

So I do need to get the master cylinder rebuild kit from Harley?

The way I see it the cost of a master cylinder rebuild kit is way less than another new rotor if it gets stuck again.

Yup, you go it

When you bleed it all up again make sure the caliper is working OK too.

I ended up having to rebuild it because of a damaged piston.
