A stumble when you blip the throttle usually means you need to adjust the accel pump screw. I didn't read where you adjusted that. It's easy, just check the s&s website for instructions. Start with the screw all the way in and work your way out 1/2 turn at a tme. If you see any black smoke when you blip, the screw is out too far and will stumble as well.
Also did you put a new pump plunger in? They get cracks in them. If you get two good squirts of gas when you blip it your plunger is proly OK.

Nope, didn't do anything to the accel pump, but, since I found this cool store with all the parts, I think I'm going to rebuild it.
The rubber boot was all cracked. Will that cause an operating problem?
