Are you sure you have the jet size right?
When changing jets you should go up or down a little at a time.
When you change jets you always have to adjust your fuel/air mixture screw.
There should be a procedure in your book.

Ok TD I can save you some time.
I have tried all kinds of combinations of jets.
The best combination is the 295 idle and 72 main.
Try retuning the carb according to S&S instructions.

I did a bit or adjusting, and it seems to be a little better.
Supposed to be nice tomorrow, so, I'll try to get a few miles and see how it goes.
