No need!
I know what is causing your sooted up plugs.

I noticed the Yamasuki in your other pictures.
Scarlett is making her displeasure known that is all.

You best do some sucking up to Scarlett or she might blow a base gasket!

Ok. So I finally changed the jet and I'm getting ready to take a ride (26 degrees) so I'll need to ride a while to get to temp.

I guess something is going to be out of adjustment since I went from a .095 to a .031 jet.

What am I gonna need to adjust?

That is a serious change in jet size!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Are you sure you have the jet size right?
When changing jets you should go up or down a little at a time.

When you change jets you always have to adjust your fuel/air mixture screw.

There should be a procedure in your book.

Ok TD I can save you some time.
I have tried all kinds of combinations of jets.

The best combination is the 295 idle and 72 main.

Try retuning the carb according to S&S instructions.

Unless it's not quite working with a particular setup.

I did a bit or adjusting, and it seems to be a little better.

Supposed to be nice tomorrow, so, I'll try to get a few miles and see how it goes.
