Default Turn signals

89 FLHS, turn signals work when they want to. Is there a single flasher for those like in a car.

Do you mean can you get a aftermarket flasher unit? You can, its made by Badlands and is excellent!!!

I want to turn my rear signals into running lights like the fronts.

Is there a plug n play controller for that?

I was having same issue on my bike then wouldn't you know it the nite before my wife had to go do her course for final license her left side quit working so I had to dive right in.
What I found was the older bikes have crappy grounds to the sockets, simple quick fix/test get a short wire and touch from bulb socket to chrome on signal lite and if it works simply remove bulb and insert bare wire between bulb and socket ( not on the end of bulb) and other end bare wire between lense and chrome outer and screw down the lense.
