Will a 2003 Road King carb tank fit my 1995?

Thanks to you my friend that was the first place I looked! The part numbers are different and the views are opposite so it's tough to tell if it will fit...and I understand the frames changed in 1997, not sure how much and if it affects the tank area.

Well, just to bring a little closure to this thread, turns out the 2007 tank will NOT fit my 1995 without some modification.
The 1995 tank has three bolts in the back and a hook that the front of the seat hooks under. The 2007 tank has one bolt in the back (looks like the forward most bolt hole on my tank).
I guess the later seats are held on up front by bolts - mine hooks under the hook on the rear of the tank and bolts down in the back.
And I saved myself some money I think. Turns out my tank has a tiny 1/4" spigot on the lowest part of the front of the tank (not the connecting spigots, below that, between those and the petcock). My little spigot broke off some time ago and the former owner must have used epoxy gas tank sealer to seal it up, and it started leaking after I've been riding the bike again. I cleaned out the hole real well and prepped the outside of the tank and put in new epoxy tank sealer.
What's the hot tip to get the tank fully empty so you can remove the transfer hose and not get gas everywhere??? I drained the tank through the petcock by applying vacuum to it with my mit-y-vac and let it drain as much as it would, but when I removed the transfer hose it spilled gas everywhere. Next time I'll be armed with a plug and a cap...but is there an easier way?

It lets you remove the tanks without making a mess.
