Will this keep the engine from peaking its rpms? my engine want's to cut.. out
at high rpms. could it be that it's bad and not advancing ? are maybe ECM bad

 

Very doubtful. More likely a carb issue. What bike, what carb, what cam, what mods, what is "high rpms"? The stock ignition module cuts out at a certain RPM as the rev limiter. Without the rev limiter (different ignition,) they will all cut out to some extent when the lifters pump up and you float the valves.
